* 1 daily custom email campaign to all subscribers, no matter which plan you have, you will always be able to send 1 (one) daily custom email campaign to all your subscribers (the amount of subscribers is ruled by your plan), the daily parameter is defined from our server time and it's not forced to a 24 hours period interval but to the next day date. Ex. If you send a campaign at 23:00 Sendtinel servers time, then you will be able to send another campaign whiting an hour.
** Unlimited auto email notifications on product rebate/back to stock, will always remain unlimited as long as the emails used to create alerts be already at the subscribers list or in case this emails become a new subscriber, the amount of total subscribers be lower or equal to your plan subscribers limit.

Important note!!

If your store was created after 2016 and it's using a custom or modified theme, our alerts widgets may not work as expected and you need to check the following files at your theme:

product-template.liquid if you can't find it search for product.liquid

Which plan will I get If I reinstall Sendtinel?

When you perform a reinstall you will get the same plan that was active before you uninstall our app.


One daily email marketing campaign?

You can send 1(one) daily custom email campaign to all subscribers, no matter which plan you have, you will always be able to send 1 (one) daily custom email campaign to all your subscribers (the amount of subscribers is ruled by your plan), the daily parameter is defined from our server time and it's not forced to a 24 hours period interval but to the next day date. Ex. If you send a campaign at 23:00 Sendtinel servers time, then you will be able to send another campaign within an hour.


How much can I edit my widgets?

You can edit position and visibility of your 3 widgets, you can also edit background color, content color and the image on your subscription widget, we added 9 images as examples that you can use but you can upload your own image.


Why email notifications over push notifications?

Email notifications can be delivered at any time, to any device, push notifications, on the other hand, are only delivered to the client (browser) from where the alert permission was granted. If some user is not in front of the browser he or she will not see the notification. Beyond that, we are working on include push notifications on coming versions of Sendtinel.


Auto email notifications?

Auto email notifications are triggered by actions performed by you in your store, for example, if a client creates a rebate alert for one specific product variant, you will see that alert created in our app and take action on it (rebate or back to stock that product/variant), we will send a notification to the client right after you rebate the price or back to stock that product variant, that's it!


Can I export my subscribers list?

Yes, with a single click, you will get your entire subscribers list exported in CSV format. This will give you the chance to use it in other email marketing service like Mail Chimp for instance, or in case you decide to uninstall the app you can save your subscribers list before.


What if I want to upgrade my plan but I refuse the payment?

If you choose to upgrade your plan but once on the payment page you decide to not pay for the new plan, you will be redirected to the App and keep the same plan you already have.


Can I upgrade my plan at any time?

Yes, the upgrade is not a mandatory action, so you can keep your current plan (even the Free Plan) for as long as you want, just remember once your plan reach your subscribers limit, we'll simply stop catching new subscribers for you, but you can use the App with any problem with your current subscribers.


Can I downgrade my plan at any time?

Yes, as long as you fit the subscriber's number for a lower paid plan you can always downgrade your current plan to a lower paid plan, please notice this will only work between paid plans, you can't downgrade to the free plan.


Can I delete subscribers to downgrade my plan?

No, at Sendtinel we take very seriously each subscriber we catch for your store and only real and validated subscribers will get into your list, to ensure that you will send emails to people that really are looking for your promos, rebates, and back to stocks. The delete action may create a dangerous behavior where the store owner export the subscribers list and then delete all of them to remain in the same plan.


Storefront with password enabled?

For merchants with storefront password enabled, rebates and back in stock alerts will not work and users will end up seeing 401. Remember Sendtinel is aimed for ONLINE STORES.

This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when using Sendtinel APP


PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT

When you install Sendtinel APP, we automatically collect certain information about your Shopify store, like domain, Shopify domain and current Sendtinel APP plan as at the same time we create a subscribers list for those subscribers that will be created using our store frontend widget from your Shopify store.

When we talk about “Personal Information” in this Privacy Policy, we are talking both about your store information.


HOW DO WE USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?

We use the store information that we collect generally to present links on email sending on behalf of your store to your subscribers with your explicit permission, so they know the information came from your store. Additionally, we use this Order Information to:

- Communicate with you;

- When in line with the preferences you have shared with us, provide you with information or advertising relating to our products or services.


SHARING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

Finally, we may also share your Personal Information to comply with applicable laws and regulations, to respond to a subpoena, search warrant or other lawful requests for information we receive, or to otherwise protect our rights.
